DELIVERY

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?


We offer free delivery on all orders of R1050,00 and over within South Africa. On orders less than R1050,00, the following rates will apply: R85 - for Western Cape, Gauteng, KZN, Eastern Cape and Free State. R135 - for Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North-West and Northern Cape




HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?


Local - Delivery times are within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery locations. International - Delivery times will be communicated via email and will depend on your location. Please contact us at info@elevarsa.com for all orders outside of South Africa.




DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?


Yes we do. Please contact us on info@elevarsa.com for all orders and deliveries outside of South Africa.




WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?


Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email to advise that your order is on its way. If you miss the delivery, our courier team will contact you directly to arrange for another delivery time more suitable for you.




CAN I CHANGE A DELIVERY ADDRESS OR THE CONTENTS OF THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?


Once an order has been confirmed, no changes can be made to the order. To try get your order to you as soon as possible, we prepare and dispatch your parcel within hours of receiving it.




HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which can be used to track the status of your delivery.





PAYMENT

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?


Yes, payments are 100% secure. Transactions are secured by our payment partner, Peach payments.




HOW DO I GET AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?


Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an email with your invoice attached.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


To return an item, you will need to complete our refunds/returns form here, and ensure that your return meets all of the criteria set out in our Refunds and Returns policy.




HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?


You have 7 days from the day on which you received delivery of your item to log a return.




CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED FOR ANOTHER ITEM?


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchased garment for a different item, the return conditions will apply.
