RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
You can return an unwanted product to us, subject to the below:
1. It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
2. It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
3. It is not missing any accessories or parts.
4. You log a return on the website within 7 days of delivery to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note - courier fees will be deducted from your refunded amount whether paid for at checkout or whether free shipping was selected, as courier costs need to be covered for the recollection of items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing periods.

Sale items (if applicable)
NB: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@elevarsa.com. You will, however, incur further shipping costs for recollection and reshipment.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at info@elevarsa.com and we will arrange collection. The shipping cost for return collection (refunds) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Due to COVID-19 and its implications, there may be a bit of a delay due to couriers being heavily booked.
Elevar offers national and international shipping of products. Please note, delivery does not include customs charges. If a customer orders from outside South Africa, they may incur customs charges on delivery of their purchase, since all Elevar international (non-South African) deliveries are DDUs (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all foreign taxes and duties. As the recipient, the customer accepts liability for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the customer has requested the product to be shipped to. Payment of these amounts by the customer will be necessary to release the purchase from customs on arrival.
The customer is also consenting to the term that Elevar will not offer a refund or replacement product should the customer fail to pay any taxes or duties on international shipping and that the loss of any product, as a result, will be the customer’s responsibility. Elevar is not responsible for customs charges and additional taxes, and will not refund orders if the customer is unable to cover these charges. Customs charges differ from country to country; the customer is advised to check their country’s charges before ordering.
All international orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
